Sometimes it’s just a visual glitch and you actually get the win when your back in the menu

If your opponent backed out, that screen will show the previous match. Perhaps that was the issue.

All I did was pause it because I had to do something real quick and then after the first match ended it pulled up the previous match and then when I went to see how I lost this is what pulled up

Happened to me last season, submitted a ticket purely asking for my elder marks and points back(was in glad circuit) and they pretty much said screw off

I had one earlier today that awarded them the win having lost two rounds clearly. To make it even better it went a fourth round, but the game logged it as round three. It wasn’t a points tie either. It just stripped me of a winning round entirely.

Between that and the new node I’m not going to be doing BG this season unless they change something.

I'm only gonna get past silver bracket but that's all I'm gonna do this season isn't worth it

It’s an annoying bug . Happened to me several times now including in a crucial match just when I was about to climb in a diamond level . Kabam of course doesn’t care

You have to hit the enemy once before you pause and wait out the timer. If you just pause it then kabam will disconnect you automatically causing you to forfeit the match.

yes. it's happened to me twice. it'll show a previous match i lost yet i actually won the current matchup

You have to resume fight before timer actually ends. (and the timer doesn’t actually get paused, just the fighting, timer is still counting down even when paused).

If paused while timer ends it would count as Forfeit.

It wasn't though and I pause it all the time this season and till it ends so definitely not the reason
