Means that some type of “Quit”, or interruption in constant communication to game server, caused that match to be labeled as a “Forfeit” by your side.

Shows 1st fight as Win, but because 2nd and 3rd fights were not completed (as far as Servers saw), the overall match is a Forfeit. You can see that if you click inside that match, it should say Forfeit on your left side of screen that shows both players.

As for Energy or Elder's Marks used, or losing Medals from such loss. No reimbursement. Been happening to too many players from time to time to devote time to support tickets every time it happens.
