Vision Aarkus and medusa

How is Vision Aarkus and medusa ? Ik they are good for current BG meta but in general for act 7/8 EQ’s and all that are they worth ranking up ? And if so what rank 3 or 4 ?

Vision is awakened btw

I use my r3 Vision all the time, but don't think I'd take him to r4. He's useful in act 7/8. I'd often pair him up with og vision to gain his tech synergy too
