Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. My ftf account got un linked do I still get my compensation

So I checked the forms for ftf and when I tried to sign in my kabam account was unlinked to forge to fight so when I tried to open ftf to link it again it shows this picture.will I still get my compensation?

    I believe it will come through feb/Mar time.

    There should be a "Should a Request" option in the top-right corner of the Support page, though if you are on mobile, it may be in a dropdown menu with a symbol that looks like three lines that you may need to click on first.
