Tigra is broken... again

Recently, trying out my luck in Eternity of Pain Acceptance, I was using Tigra to get pass by Hercules, and guess what? Tigra didn't apply neutralize even ONCE, it felt like I had infinite ability accuracy reduction for the neutralize and her attacking modes. Dear Kabam, my revives slowly burning, I need my tigra to be fixed NOW, check old videos against hercules, tigra was working perfectly

    If I remember correctly her neutralize counts as AAR and this herc has a node that states he is immune to AAR

    This is a change that has happened this year, OP. So she may well have worked before, and not work now.

    If you're going against Hercules, Tigra should mostly be the same even without neutralize (execpt for immortality which isn't that hard to get around.) Neutralize is -100% buff AAR so if he is immune to AAR, no neutralize. (Also if they have a higher ability accuracy like Goldpool's 999% regen the buff may still proc through neutralize)

    She needs the neutralize to keep her modes up and running
