Grandmaster gauntlet key

I'm here because I sent a email asking for help bc I haven't received a key to the gauntlet and all I got was an automated response explaining how many keys each person gets did anybody experienced the same thing?

    Yes, I got basically the same response. I only received one key after having only completed the gauntlet once. At least I got a key I suppose, seems some still haven't gotten any. But it'd be nice to get the full amount owed.. I would really like to see what the qualifiers they used to determine how many times an account had received rewards from gauntlet.

    I read here we re suposed to have 3 runs

    I beat the Gauntlet once b4 it was taken down and only received 1 key, i should have gotten 2, no?

    I ve seen some ppl here complain about the same issue, but i havent seen any answer from mods, did anyone try a support ticket?
