February Update broke the game

There are tons of threads and users all voicing the same opinions....The previous update completely broke the game & it is virtually unplayable. Closing every thread with absolutely zero information & showing a complete lack of caring is truly frustrating. I know this will be removed or closed, but you broke the game...tell your developers to look at what they released and either fix it or roll it back. This is worse than the previous months long experience we had previously.

Somebody posts about a lucky crystal pull and you're almost guaranteed to see a mod respond, but a game-breaking issue happens and they're ghosts.
ANd no, the game doesn't just have "bugs", it s completely unplayable at the moment for many, many users.
The team currently has "input issues" under a microscope. The issue with the reporting of these issues is that there is a tendency of players to automatically slot any issue into the "input issues" category. Additionally, there is a confirmation bias which leads to some false reports that could be chalked up to user error. If you are encountering issues with the inputs, please try to be as specific as possible. If you have videos to accompany your posts, those are also much, much more helpful.
Beyond the inputs... What else is happening? We've seen a couple posts saying "the game is unplayable" but the vague nature of this report is not helpful. What are you experiencing?
A blanket first step, in all of tech support, is the classic turn it off and on. We see reports of substantial improvement after hard-closing and reopening the game.
Also, please approach the forums with patience. It is listed in the Forums TOS that we are not able to (nor do we intend to) respond to each and every post personally.

- combos stopping mid combo and getting smacked in the face
- the special button is not registering. 2-3 times before a special launches (inevitably, right into block)
- parry fails often. Once I get one fail, it basically quits working until I force close and re open the game.
- dex is failing a few times, but not as often as parry
- blocking in general failing. A few times I've been holding block and then mid opponent combo I get smacked.
- relic button is not working after hitting it (similar to the special button)
This all started yesterday for me. No videos, but I can tell you that it was nothing related to AAR etc... I experienced it in AQ, EQ, arena and battlegrounds.

I can also post cuts of this same video of the game literally stuttering mid fight if so inclined. Really just look a pot use in aq as I would assume heaps are like me where I used more to do my lane since update as compared to my last 10 aq cycles combined.
Anyway, there is no way that Kabam isn't fully aware of how jacked up the game is. So just say it. Put a big yellow box at the top describing what you were all doing, seeing and what caused the issue. Also put out an in-game message.
This is worse than ever, (yes vague, but you all know what you were messing with, many have listed issues out and let's be real here) so we need to move past the 500000 forum threads with acknowledgment, and then let people start the when will it be fixed and then compensation threads as the natural lifecycle.

Last update my champs can’t block always or parry timing is off. My champs sometimes dashing forwards. Special button has a delayed input so I’m hitting block sometimes.
Play over 7 years so no skill issues
- the AI reacts too much faster: now the opponent is able to react so much quickly that it can block your SP after a 5 hit combo
- when opponent on the wall, if you a dash back (after a 4 hit combo) the opponent is able to dash at you and punish you
- the parry are inconsistent (mostly when opponent is dashing)
