We had a devastating 2 earthquakes in Turkiye in one day affected 10 different cities with over 20.000 casualties. Please delay the season for the alliances in the region of Turkiye. Please don’t be indifferent to this situation. Most of the Turkish citizens went to the affected cities to help and the others is in the works to help to send aid trucks with supplies that the survivors need. Please share the news on social media to increase the awareness.

He has said the people from Turkish alliances just won't play for the season so keep them where they were but he doesn't speak for every Turkish player so he can't say they all won't play even if all Turkish players were only in alliances made up only of other Turkish players. What would this actually have to look like to make it possible, no alliance that has a single player that lives in Turkey can participate for the season? That's not going to happen.
I understand the sentiment in the request but the actual details of what it actually means were clearly not thought out (which is totally reasonable given what he and the other people who were affected are going through but doesn't prevent the rest of us from applying critical reasoning and logic). I hope things resolve as quickly as possible and with as little additional suffering as is possible but, short of a complete delay for everyone, what the OP asked for targeting only Turkish players doesn't seem possible.
U shouldnt be worrying about the game while all this is happening, it might be the best for you to take a personal break.
We all hope that Turkey can recover and we all sympathize with this tragedy but the focus should be on helping those in need. It's logistically impossible to delay a war season for a region. It's just not possible.
No one involved in the rescue and recovery should be concerned about a mobile game.
Some of you says its happen everywhere or any day etc is not true because jeologists stated that this is the worst earthquake in 100 years. You can see their statement online. 2 7.5+ earthquakes in 9 hour and 250+ aftershocks with 3.5 - 5.5. Main base is Kahramanmaras, Turkiye. Affected 10 cities and part of Syria. Affected 470 km area (New York to Washington, Paris to Amsterdam, Milan to Rome, Brighton to Newcastle). Over 20,000 casualties. More than 100,000 injuries and 1 city nearly completely destroyed in Turkiye(Hatay is the name of the city you can look)
So, after the first day, big companies like Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Starbucks, Spotify, Apple etc donated millions of dollars, McDonalds, Burger King and other food companies send trucks for survivors. IShowSpeed, MrBeast, Hasanabi etc donated millions too. Most of the world sent aid ships and professional rescue teams(God bless all of the helpers). When this things happened, Turkish MCOC community started to speak about ‘IF’ kabam can do anything for Turkish players too. Because half of the country continues to play the game due to their job and cant go to the field for help, other half is on the field help survivors and professionals. I said i know English better than most of you so they choose me.
First, i submitted a request via mail. They said that ‘we are aware of the situation and will deliver your request to superiors, you can use forum and start a discussion about the awareness too. We will try our best.’ So i came here.
We didnt request compensation or rewards without contributing the season. We just want IF THEY CAN DO IT, protect our progress. I didnt use ‘HAVE TO’ or anything. We just wanted to learn that if there is a possibility to do that after other companies’ help.
Now that @Demonzfyre stated that ‘no war no decrease in war rating’, I’ll let my community know about this information. Thank you mate. I’ll still wait for a official information via mail from Kabam too ofc.

Do you mean designate individual alliances as Turkiye/Syria and extend this current off-season only for those alliance for 2 more weeks. And then at end of season continue just those alliances (would have to be matched against each other) for another 2 weeks (to make a normal 4 week season) ?

If you mean their War Rating # (which decides what Tier, Map and Points Multiplier you are in). As Demonzfrye said, if you do NOT play any AW, you will NOT lose any War Rating.
*although other teams will still move up/down around you.
If entire alliance is OK with not doing this season, you should TURN OFF your “Auto Enlistment”, and do not enlist for wars.
Or, you could change to just 1 or 2 BG's for now (depending how many people would still want to do them), so that those people could still get some rewards, and add points to your Alliance Season total.
And maybe increase back to 3 BG in couple of weeks (if everyone is back playing) and still have time for people to get their 5 war minimum in for Season rewards.
Just don’t enlist for more BG's than you have people willing to play. Unless you are OK with your WR Rating falling a little this season.

No matter how small the amount, if you want to donate, just do it. In the effected area average temperature is 0°C
( 32°F ). 10$ can buy a blanket for a kid and you can save him/her from freezing. Most of the deaths caused by hypothermia.
