Energy not enough....again....

The last month the energy was not enough to do all the game modes (battlegrounds, monthly and secondary quest....) and now this month kabam makes the sq in a way where you have to do every week of the sq 4 times? Really?

If you do everything as you say then you have earned enough units to buy energy refills.
I play and have plenty of energy refills, even 5 in overflow.
You don't have to do everything at once, prioritize and manage your resources better and it will work out for you.

Well, if you want to do what you say you want to do you should have plenty of energy for free.

1 difficulty of eventquest is roughly 1675 energy (17 paths of 45 energy, and 13 paths of 70 energy roughly)

each run of the side quest is about 20 energy, so 4 weeks x 4 runs x 20 energy is 320 energy

Battlegrounds are fine with 3 runs every 3 days for the basic rewards. so 15 days x 45 energy = 675 energy

Which brings us to 2670 energy total.

Every day you start with 70 energy, which refreshes completely every 7 hours. So even if you only do 2 complete depletions each day you get 140 x 30 = 4200 energy for free per month.
If you deplete it 3 times it will be 6300 energy for free.

Now let's say you want to run 2 difficulties of event quest, 2 of side quest and do 3 battlegrounds every day. that will be 5340 energy per month.

If you run your FREE energy semi efficiently you can do 2 difficulties and daily battlegrounds with the energy you get from just logging in.

Sure you cannot do ALL difficulties. But I`m pretty sure the rewards from those lower difficulties aren`t really worth it. And neither are the units compared to the time spend vs arena.

You do not have to do the SQ 4 times every week. They are extra tickets incase you can't complete one of the objectives on the first try.

Use some units for once to buy some energy refills. You were never meant to be able to do every bit of content in the game as much as you want. That's the whole purpose around having an energy cap. All games do this.

Every entry gives you rewards.....the pass arent only for the objectives....

In previous posts KABAM has explicitly said that they expect us to use the units we acquire from grinding to replenish our used items/resources. They will not give us anymore of anything anytime soon.....

That has the added knock on affect of having less units than required for such deals like July 4th or Black Friday, implying that we need to buy them.

They have said that hoarding is not good for the game, but in fact hoarding is only good for reducing KABAMs profits and good for players.

Yeah sure EQ and SQ has it limits cause there is no point after 100%; but BG is basically an infinite energy need..

I agree with you but if you're going to pull math out to justify your point you can't just inflate numbers to fit your narrative better.

Those first 17 paths of EQ should be 40 Energy each (680) . The next 6 are 60 Energy each (360). The next 7 are 63 Energy Each (441). So 1481 Energy
SQ is 13 Energy for the long path (208)
If you are using energy for BGs objectives only that's 45 Energy 14 times (630) and that's pretending like free Elder's Marks don't exist.
So the number I got for one difficulty of EQ and SQ plus some BG Participation is 2329. Still a lot but there is also a lot of free energy that you also have access to by being in part of an Alliance that honestly doesn't require and other specific participation (Large Refill +25 Units in 3 Day Event, Small Refill in most 1 Day Events, up to 60 Energy a day requesting help, 1 Refill in the Monthly Calendar.
