Bg bug?

I was playing battlegrounds and the game booted me, then it said I can't log in cuz I am logged in on another device, which I am not. I can't make a ticket as
I can't log in....

    Uh... you sure someone didn't uh... hijack your account?

    So I just found out someone hijacked my account @Kabam Miike or anyone please help seems they fished my account and are holding it ransom as I type for 200$ please help joys of social media
