Stun recovery needs a look

Champs are recovering half way through stun in all game modes since the new update. Please have a look.

    I had a defender throw an sp3 and the stun was still up

    No I don't record gameplay but there are several people stating the same on different threads so there's a possibility it's an actual issue.
