1) Which champ has the longest lasting bleed debuffs/and or can increase the length (without a mastery)?

2) who does the most bleed 🩸 damage per tick?

    Nick fury and red mags have some very nice bleed damage. But its easier to do more damage with nick's bleeds

    Then furies bleeds are because of his fury. They're still bleeds. Having a damage modifier doesn't make it not a bleed

    That's irrelevant. It's a bleed. And it has the highest damage per tick. Is it reliable? No. That doesn't make it not the strongest

    When did i say that? And i said she isn't reliable. Still the strongest
