100000000% the new symbiotic Spider-Man. Do the right side. Use him for ikaris. Easy solo. Stark for penny and kraven. Penny or spider ham for scorpion. Did that with 16 revives on the right side.

The porker is good for the final boss final stage because when u land ur sp3 ur left in the middle of the screen instead of the against the wall with that bill unstoppable ready to block damage u to ur KO

Go right side and bring spidey2099 for easiest boss fight of your life. Spidey supreme is also a great Champion for ikarus and kraven

Just for the record, I don't disagree with the others' great suggestions for champs. You just need to plan which team you wanna use on the left path. I found it to be more difficult than the right. And Miles can cheese Modok and Blade

Update: just did the right side and here are my observations.
1. Sorcerer Spidey is a must have for Kraven and ikarus
2. Starky was awesome against Peni and ok against scorpion
3. S2099 seems designed for nameless Thanos. I used the least amount of revives so far on Thanos with him.
