Battlegrounds Crashes/Freezes

Good afternoon whomever,
I have been having near constant BGs issues for the past several days, it has gotten to the point where playing a normal BGs match is a rarity rather than the norm. Recently, I was playing a match and I got to round 2 after a first round victory. My matchup was Claire Voyant vs Ebony Maw, I didn't even get to play this match. My game didn't crash, it didn't just not load the battlegrounds match and tick down time, it sent me straight to the results screen with Claire being dead after 1 second without any opportunity for gameplay on my part. I would say this could be modding if the game didn't reset my matches defender HP 3 times to 100% without granting me a new clock to work with. I doubt this issue will be fixed as it is brand new (at least to me) and there's no video proof from me since I don't record my every waking moment on MCOC like most other summoners. I will attach a screenshot of the resulting match in question to this thread as an attempt to back myself up.
Outside of this issue, the game freezes and holds me in the champion "Vs" screen before matches quite often. For those of you who know, this is quite frustrating when we are scored on our time to kill as the time runs when you're frozen on any bugged out screens. This happens VERY frequently (I typically experience this once every 3 matches, i dont know about others) and is extremely agitating when you have a favorable matchup. The amount of matchmaking errors is inexcusable and should be addressed with haste as there is a competitive rewards ladder associated with this particular mode.

Cleared an IHulk with CGR today, his immortality failed and I got the K in K.O, game crashed and I have to completely reset the fight when I had a 43-ish second clear.
