War messed up

Hi guys has anyone had a problem with war. We do 2bgs but it has enlisted us for 3 for some reason, see in pictures below, it's saying war match found but next set up phase is in 1hr 30mins. I'm extremely baffled.

    The good news is, (if you normally sit about s1 or g3) and split up in say groups of seven (instead of 10 and 10) and clear 7 lanes through to the boss, you will probably gain as many or more points losing three bgs than even winning two bgs. Plus if you face an alliance that usually runs 3 bgs, but equal war rating you may find an easier go as well.
