    The compensation for a bug has a bug. Lol
    Roll out over time is rather vague. Anyway of narrowing it down?

    And now it's in the Bugs and known issues....where threads are sent to receive a quick death, because 90% of the members of this forum rarely go.

    I got the second message, but that is also unclaimable. Tried from my stash as well as the message - the compensation from the original message is also still showing up in my stash, but neither is claimable.

    I appreciate the correspondence @kabamjax but issue still persists. Cannot collect from mail either…. It really feels like every time something is changed the game gets worse. 🤞the team can somehow fix the issues that keep arising.

    Unable to claim from the in-game message or through the Stash.

    Have tried restarting the app and logged in with another device. None of the "quick" workaround worked.

    So the compensation for the bug, is bugged. And I can't claim it too.

    I see a solution is in the works for the past 4-5 hours.

    One thing different than the screenshots above me, in my inbox I see the compensation level I am in, but under rewards, I see 2 rewards. My level and the lover tier (which has the bugged t4c in it)

    I cant claim either.

    Any ETA on this fix?

    Not to be moody but going through this messy bug situation on a bug compensation is really not helping the good name of Kabam, eh?
    I quit this game 3 times due to the level of bugs I experienced, every single leave much longer than the last one. I hope retention actually means something for the management eventually.
