Galan Not Gaining planetary mass on attack for armor ups at the start of the fight

Hi guys, f


As per the two images, I used colossus and Galan as reference.

Scenario 1 - Galan on attack vs colossus and Galan does not get any planetary mass from the 3 armors of colossus at the start of the fight

Scenario 2 - Galan on denfense vs colossus and Galan gains 170 planetary mass from colossus intial armor ups. 50 for each armor up and then 20 for his 2 buffs

I checked his champion description and dont see anything that differenciates attack and defense on these aspects. Am I missing something??

    It happens agaisnt red skull too. And I'm assuming all other armour up champions.
