Simple Problem

I replied to a message from support, but a day later I received a message from them that they had not been answered. I sent them again, but I want to make sure that my response has already reached them, or where is the problem
What should i do now?

    Hey @Mahmoud_123, we don't have access to our Support Team's ticket system here in the Forums. I recommend being patient until you receive a further reply from our Support Team. If you haven't heard back from them in a few days, you may wish to send another reply to the previous email they sent you.
