    You didn't get a 2 star of him? Which rarity are you referring to and have you tried opening many crystals or a few only. Not sure what your trying to say here.

    After reading the title again I think OP means he get quicksilver (understanding his rotations), it's a very hard rotation to learn. You can't just smash buttons and hope for the best. OP should watch youtube videos to properly use him....
