  To be fair I don’t think he has any degen resistance right now. Tested r3 Hulk and Rulk against Kingpin and let him throw sp1. Same degen value.

  Have they addressed this yet?
  
  This 'bug' / description has been there since re-launch I believe. Since Seatin talks about it in his video and it's still there. I don't want to rank him up until everything's actually resolved.
