Basically, when you are taking away a free item and making a user pay, this this greed, but the revive wasn't even free it was traded for energy.
This is a very dangerous move considering the global economy is slipping into recession.
Thirdly, how hard should hard content be this is the paragadim that needs to be addressed. The vast majority of players were using 50+ revives per run of EOP there are many threads, this says the content is too hard. We should be asking @kabam how many revives how many boosts are appropriate for a skilled player, not a freak which could be the top 2% of players.
If kabam needs to support development by generating cash flow. selling items at a fair price to make purchasing more inclusive Australian are paying 50 dollars for mediocre items. I will never spend that amount for items which can be earnt in a week.
Kabam also mention luck of the RNG it farming, this is part the reason why people spam revives as the RNG doesn't deliver the best champs needed for content.
This is just a bad idea will will have catastrophic consequences
Might as well make the cap a bazillion since there'll be no way to stock up on revives anyway. Actually, make it ten bazillion. Let's go crazy.
Here are a few things you could do to keep us playing.
1) Fix the inputs
2) Increase the caps on revives/potions to 99
3) Replace each level of potion with a %. At least 10% per level. Ex. Lvl1 potion=10%, Lvl4=40%
4) Give Level 2 & Level 3 revives in the Apothecary and a chance at a Level 4. Increase that chance to at least 10%, preferably 25%
5) And please stop including punishing node/champ combos in difficult content that rely on you having the right champ or a large stash of revives. (And then blaming us for spamming revives is not cool)
If you're not sure what to do, please push this change off for awhile until the game is fixed to OUR satisfaction. We're the ones playing and we're the ones who will stop playing if you make the game no fun to play. We all enjoyed the game, which is why we're here, but that doesn't mean we'll stay no matter what you do. Thank you for giving me 4.5 years of fun in game. I hope to continue playing.
Dude, people farm hundreds of revives just to dont care about playing worse, the thing on Carina's Challenge is to do it with the less amount of revives trying to play the best possible.
And still, I dont know how the hell people are this annoyed when Kabam still gives you AT LEAST, 2 revives a day, fam, most of the games give much less resources of this kind and try to make you pay most of the times for them.
I think Kabam made people to get used to easy things, and now that they say "Hey, we were too generous, so we are going to stop" people gets mad, feels like kids when they dont get the PS5 for Xmas and they get clothes instead.
We are still getting revives for free, if you need more than 2 per day to clear Carina's Challenges, then you shouldnt be trying Carina's Challenges just yet, as easy as that.
Remove inventory caps on potions completely and change healing potions to percentage based.
And again, if you do Everest content should be because you are in the group of top players of the game, the fact that people with not big enough roster or not enough skills tries to do it spamming revives doesnt mean that that Everest Content is meant for them, same with Carina's Challenges.
And I repeat once again, since no one likes to read this part, the CHANGE ITSELF is GOOD, the MOMENT THEY WANT TO APPLY IT is BAD, since the game is completely bugged and people use more revives to overcome those bugs than anything else.
I’ve gone through my receipts and while I’m not a whale I’ve spent enough on this “game” to purchase a brand new car sadly. I’m done with that now. I’m not a cow that can be milked for every cent while problems continue to get brushed into the closet over and over and this is where the teams focus is. At this point the closet door is about to burst open.
The ones that need to be constructive is your company and not the player base.
Just because you can farm revives doesn’t mean that everyone suddenly starts playing sloppily and relying on them completely. I’ve seen most players resort to this for endgame stuff that can’t be done itemless unless you’re some sort of Mcoc master (and even if you are, the 4* Carina challenges are still impossible to do without a lot of revives).
Roster and skills? Aha seriously? You can have the most developed roster and skill set but that’s still not allowing you to do most of this content without a ton of revives. Stop with the “git gud” angle because it’s not valid here. If you think Everest content can just be conquered with some skills and a good roster, you’re obviously not doing Everest content. This is especially true for Carina volume 1 and 3
Not gonna change my mind, the only problem with this is that the game is completely bugged so they should wait till they fix the game to apply this changes.
