Mags and ghost are my only r4s. Yondu-Venom are r3. Cable is r2. The rest are r1. I only have 4 tier 2 alphas. Other resources are not an issue.

    Will the buff make him significantly better? He's kind of mid imo and I already have a mutant. I'm leaning towards venom atm but if the buff makes him god tier it's something to think about.

    Pretty sure content creators said that his buff isn't groundbreaking. I think KT1 made a video on it if you want to see the details.

    Stark Soidey is a pretty great champ if you know how to play him. Check YT for some tutorials.
