Hercules does not gain charges from landing heavies

As per title, I was in the event incursions, sector 5, and I noticed it twice, against Valkyrie and another champ I can’t remember. I could gain charges when knocked down or intercepting though. Why is that? I’ve got screen recording as well

    Did you have the stun extension hack? He only gets charges when heavy hits an un-stunned opponent.

    Yes I had. So if get the stun duration extension I don’t get any charges?

    The hits have to be against a nonstunned opponent, read his kit

    Right so I need to match the timing so the second hit of the heavy is when the stun expires ?

    Yes. Did you have the extra stun hack on? thats probably why you arent hitting the opponent when he/she is stunned.
