Hi everybody!

the question would be, what is the situation in the case if there is an account in our team that has changed hands for money. does kabam allow this or is it a forbidden thing? I don't want any trouble for my team. Thank you for your answers!

Changed hands for money? Do you mean hiring a merc to do something for them? If you had proof of that you can submit it to Support and they can investigate.

If you mean someone sold their account, that violates TOS. Report them with proof or don't, up to you.

I am not concerned or interested in the business itself. I'm only interested in whether such a sold account plays in my team, will we get some kind of punishment or ban

The only instance in which the alliance would be punished is if the account uses altered software in alliances modes or objectives (or uses stolen money for things like the banquet event). Having someone in your alliance that breaks ToS does not inherently mean the alliance would be affected. It is possible that the alliance could be affected by that individual receiving a temporary or permanent ban for violations, but only in the sense that you would be down a person.
Personally, I would kick that player from my alliance. Whether or not you report them is up to you. But someone willing to buy an account has, in my mind, a much higher likelihood of violating the terms of service in more heinous ways that could impact the alliance more directly.

There is a link to the Terms of Service at the bottom of this webpage.

The only player allowed to play on an account is the person who originally created it. Anyone else using that account would be breaking the Terms of Service and would be subject to action being taken, up to and including bans.
