Will every "old" champ eventually get buffed?

Good afternoon,
I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere, but has it been officially stated whether or not every champ will at somme point or another go through the buff program. I enjoy a good "Groot is the best champ" as the next, but he, Cyclops, Superior/OG Iron Man, and others are on several list of buff hopefuls. When it comes to the earliest of champs is it a "when" they get buffed, or an "if"?

1. Dormammu. The guy is a powerhouse in the comics. He should be on par with champs like Nick Fury, Mr. Fantastic, Apocalypse and Galan (in terms of their empowerment ability)
2. Dr. Strange. There's tons of ways you can make him a far more interesting character than he currently is. He's the Sorcerer's Supreme. He should have alot more unique abilities. (Also, they should reanimate his strike animations instead of his finger flicking)
3. Black Bolt. For the most part, he's a noodle unless paired up with Hit Monkey. He could benefit from more debuff (especially his SP3). He should have a "liquified" debuff or "sensory overload" debuffs seeing as Black Bolt's SP3 consists of him blasting you away with a whisper.
4. Abomination. I would love to see him get a buff with more damage and Gamma related abilities (like the updated Hulk). For his signature ability, he could get Hellfire as he did in the comics when he came back from the dead during the Chaos Wars. He came back twice as strong & with the ability to wield/manipulate hell fire.
Way back when Kabam announced they were doing this, they said they'd be looking at every champion; not that every champion would be buffed.

However no information ever came about how many champions were due to be reworked or how many are performing okay.
It would be great to get some kind (any kind) of 'Dev Diary' update on champion reworks, if the mods could take that request back to the team? (I'm not particularly expecting a response here and now)

The sorcerer supreme, wielder of the time stone looks more like a timely supreme joke.
If characters like Man-thing, longshot, Maw and Dragon-man can be powerful, Dr.Strange damn well deserves to be amongst the beyond God tier in mystic.
