Any awakened? Do you run suicides? Who have you already r4d?

Kingpin is probably the best option, even if unawakened
2nd best option is Rintrah, even if unawakened
I personally wouldn't do Ultron, even if awakened....at least not till the time I already have about 30-40 R4s
