Didn’t get 6* shards from SQ

First run I got the safe but no shards. Is that right?
Edit: Found others with same problem after searching again. Bugs bugs bugs

    The whole event is broken and Kabam refuses to comment on it I got shards with no safe and I’m stuck in zone 1 load of ****

    Like he said. Apparently there's is compensation on the way and a fix hopefully
