7* combat power gain

Do 7* have a different combat power rate than other star levels? I notice that defenders are getting a bar of power before I complete my cgr rotation.

Yeah they have a fixed combat power rank (so their rate will be the same at all ranks) thats equal to a 6r5 I believe

Correct, starting with 7*, they automatically receive the full equivalent of what other Stars would get only upon reaching Rank-5.

For 6* and below, each higher Rank got an extra 5% increase to Base Combat Power Rate.
So Rank-5 was +20% of what Rank-1 champs are (no matter what STAR/Rarity version they are, it was ONLY about “Rank”)

Now, 7* will have that +20%, even if they are only 7* Rank-1 (same as 7* of any r2, r3, etc)
