Is Parry Broken

Is parry broke? In Battlegrounds I can parry immediately on some fights but usually I can’t parry until later. I’m guessing it’s Conflictor but how can I know when I can and can’t parry?

There is a visible timer for conflict
Also if you run pacify your parry can stick and not get purified

Not even close to working as intended. Parrying is definitely broken in BGs. It is not the conflictor node. I have continually parries multiple times within the 7 second window and parries are ignored. There are times when parrying that it is ignored and the timer never starts. It is what has made this season unbearable for a lot of players.

It's because you farmed too many revives. That's what broke the game.
