Havok path safe did not drop and the chest is no longer there

Okay so I did the havok path (2.5k 6* shards) day one and I did the path that gives 5k green crystal shards whatever they are, I did not get a safe to unlock, I then entered after the 5pm pst reset and the havok chest was gone and when I did the wasp path I did not get the chest, just 5k green garbage shards and I tried the void path and no safe to unlock the second key. At this point this event just feels like a filter because there a people who already have the second safe waiting for that code, while I've done 4 paths without getting the first safe to drop. You stated the safe would drop in the same place for everyone and it doesn't. It does not drop for everyone. What am I supposed to do now, just wait until I've done all of zone 1 and then have no way of getting into zone 2, 3, or 4? Come on guys, why couldn't you just put the safes in the store and release these hints weekly, it's truly mind boggling how u turn events like these into chores that are bugged beyond belief. On top of not being able to receive what feels like all of the community has been able to receive (chest on the havok path doesn't even exist for me anymore); the path exploration does not save.. great month........... smh......

    Same here I did the exact same thing and I’m down to 1 key left out of 4 Havok didn’t get the safe I tried going first to be clear havok path did it again nothing I did the future antman path got shards but not a safe

    Had the same experience. Ran it once (Havok path) and no safe. Previewed it now and no safe present yet. Don’t want to waste keys again until I know where the damn thing is.

    Same for me did the path received the 6* shards but did not receive the safe. And now can’t proceed to the next zone? are we going to get the safe?? @Kabam Miike

    I ran Havok path got no safe. But now it shows chest still there. Unfortunately have no idea if chest has safe or is empty. Not wasting more keys. Kabam has been HORRIBLY silent and not helpful with this. Definitely NOT transparent

    Same for me, I've done the havok path and no safe appear along with the 6* shard ... what to do ? plz help

    Is there any official statement of kabam on this ?

    @Fred1 There is but at the moment I'm not 100% sure it relates to the issues we are facing.. it said something about chest not being consistent and how some people were getting the safe and not the shards and how others only got shards but, the issue were facing isn't that simple. Like for us the chest is gone so now we have no way of getting anything, this particular issue was not mentioned in the notes. 5pm pst today, login and preview the map to see if the chest is back, if it isn't, I highly advise you wait so you don't lose out on anymore rewards. I completely understand you and feel for you and I wish kabam could be more transparent with us right now.

    I had did the Havok path twice got it on the second round and the next one is on Diablo path.

    Did all the paths and then the havoc path again and never got a safe and no chests available anymore.

    Is there any timeline for the bug correction? Many of us are stuck as we do not have the first safe. Please communicate

    Like many others, I was stuck and completed the path on level 4 to get the first safe.

    This is a joke. >:)
    2 key for the bug and is no end.
    Ikaris path by Level 4 with 2000 6* is bugy.
