Is the game slower than it has ever been for anybody else?

I feel like the game's loading times have skyrocketed in the past couple of months. Is anybody else feeling this? Some screens are taking only a few seconds, but most take 20+ seconds...

Even taking a lane in a path, the game lags like 30 seconds and then finally moves down the path. Really terrible game state.

Yes, every update seems worse but in the last 5-7 days it has somehow became massively worse at times. Another thing I have noticed is that lag for me in general seems to get much more likely to occur after maybe 2 am Eastern time.
