Can anyone tell me why this isn't working

So I using HTD in the EQ on the tech path and I was fighting og punisher and for some reason the armor break wasn't triggering the heal block

    Does HTD have any form of AAR? If so that could be it.

    Pacify lowers the ability accuracy of your opponents abilities while they have a stun debuff. If you’re parrying then using heavy to apply armour break while they’re stunned, it can make the heal block fail to trigger as that’s part of the opponents ability as a node.

    Well as you can see that armor break was recently applied

    Looks like you have 10 of those passive furies. So clearly heal block worked at some point in the fight. Not sure what happened in this instance. As others speculated, it may be related to pacify.
