For reference I have rank 3 that could rank 4 , kingpin, galan, knull, hulkling, spot, bwcv, nick and Nimrod

They're all great choices. I'd love a 6* Shang; but basically they're all worth r3.

The real answer is: your favourite, or who fills the best role in your roster.

Scorp not priority cuz u already have spot at r3
Cgr not priority cuz u already have knull and hulkling
Rintrah not priority cuz have bwcv at r3
U don't need another tech cuz u got nimgod
Every one of your options is good but, Mutant is the lacking class go for apoc first and put rest in queue

You can bring Scorpion anywhere:
Long fights (Everest)
Medium Fights (story)
Short Fights (war and battlegrounds)
and he will preform well

he is part of the best new trinity (kraven agent venom)
and is a great defender
