WHO AND WHY? Given I have a R3 duped S99 and R2 duped The Overseer. I also have a R1 unduped Mister Fantastic and duped OG Hulk. A Rhino was spotted to be roaming around R1 with a big head MODOK as well.

    Miles needs it the most but he’s not the best of the lot.

    Scorpion doesn’t need it, but he’s the best science right now. I used a class gem on mine and I don’t regret it one bit.

    imo Mr Negative balances best champion + best awakening here. Scorp is the best champ but awakening doesn't do too much with temporary block unblockable after sp1 and lil better healing but Negative on the other hand gets degen regeneration more resistances and more damage.
