And I’m already assuming you are taking Exchange Rates into consideration, otherwise countries using Yen or Lire (I believe) could claim they have to spend “magnitudes more” than anyone else (ie, costs like a 1 million to buy a fast food meal).
Even with Exchange Rate (and note, that just means what people are willing to pay to exchange money from one currency into another).
That in reality may not mean anything as to what someone's situation in one country is to another.
Exchange rate between 2 countries could move significantly relative to one another offer the course of a month or year, without an underlying actual change to their population's economic conditions (just based on what “brokers” around the world “value” one currency vs another is at any given time).
And, even taking exchange rates into account, that may not necessarily translate into how someone playing the game in different countries may or may not be able to “afford” such game purchases.
Take into account what Average (and also Minimum) wages are in a country, as well as what Cost-of-Goods are for say Food, Housing, Clothing, etc, are.
So very difficult to compare that something is actually costing more or less than for someone else, just going off of it's price alone.
