Why does the 5* Hyperion have less healing than the 4*? Is this working as intended?

4* gets over 2500 healing, 5* only 1500.

My 5* r4 is just over 3700.

That must be it. I thought the only values that changed with higher sig levels and/or ranking up were the ones in green. Thanks for the clarification.
