Crystal Opening issues

Is there a bug with opening crystals and getting champs if your a non spend account? I have 130 champions that I don’t have at 6* yet, and since the 7* shards have been available I have duped over 55 6* champions. Not complaining cause now I have shards for a 7* but I don’t understand how I can be missing so many champions when I am opening 3/4 crystals a month

Yes. Kabam got rid of the rng system and implemented a new account analyzing system. Due to that new system, you’ll see the connection issue symbol quite often now
