**RESOLVED ISSUE WITH SIDE QUEST KEYS**
The game team has resolved this issue. Keys will be distributed via in-game messages and the quest timer will be extended.

**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

New monthly card not showing in the store

I did received the mail about the new monthly card but the card didn’t show up in the unit store. Does anyone else have this issue ?

    Restarted a couple times / still not showing for me.

    I've updated the game / am on android

    I reinstalled the game and did a restart of my phone. Still nothing (iOS for me)

    There was an email today in the in game email that said a new daily card would be available. Supposedly shards would be available However when I follow the link to the credits store, There is no sign of a daily card. I wanted to warn you so you have time to correct before your Detractors get a hold of it Can you please address the issue

    The issue isn‘t device based. I logged in on my android device and it still isn’t showing up. I got one day left on the previous monthly card

    iPhone 14 pro max and pixel 7. Both updated and both not showing the offer. Still have 1 day remaining on last month’s daily card.
  • It looks like the remaining day on last month's daily card is the source of this problem.

    The team is continuing to look into it, but until we know more, please know that this offer should run 48 hours and, therefore, will be available tomorrow, once that last remaining day is complete.

    Will provide more updates as they come!
