Paragon title Question

I just finished act 7 completion for first time.
But I had ranked up a 6* to rank 4, before I completed act 7.
I take it this does not count towards Paragon title ? Do I need to rank another 6* to rank 4 before title will be given. Probably my bad for not reading rules correctly.

    You just need 3 total, doesn't matter if they were ranked up before completing the act progression chapter.
