7* event is bugged

I joined an alliance 2 weeks ago on this moment. I just finished waiting out the milestones (I have 30k points and I was really wanting that t6cc selector). However, I just restarted the game twice and I still can not claim the rewards

    I know several in the same situation right now. My timer runs out in a few hours and I hope I get all the milestone rewards. I contributed 130k+ points so I better get the alliance rewards too.

    You will not until they fix this, as long as you're under that timer you don't count basically.

    My alliance has faced the same issue, we all joined as soon as the season ended and veryone has stayed here till then but nobody had any clue of this event dropping leading to this consequence for all of us

    Honestly if we are in an alliance we should not have been subjected to a timer especially one we were not aware of.
    Placing a timer on someone who switches alliances during the event would stop any kind of exploit that could have happened.

    You will get the rewards when you contribute points after the timer is up. You can get free paragon crystals from the event tomorrow (Wed May 10th). Or you can save one crystal to pop after your timer expires. You will get credit for the milestones you already contributed points toward.

    same here, contributed like 70k but i am not qualified for alliance rewards, changed ally due to upcoming aw season but this happened, what to do now.

    i didn't even get the timer, it just says too late with 12days remaining, what the hell is that.
