Unknown Bug on Relics

Today on May 10, I have found something mysterious when I went to Relics Champion binded lists. I saw Thor binded to 6 Star Thor but interesting it's showing Champion rating 0 (Zero) . I verified other relics and I didn't see any of this happening with other Relics. I also upgraded level of relic but the ratings doesn't reflect any difference or change (before and after) .

My wolverine relic says it's attached to a 6* wolverine, it's attached to a X23, my Scarlet witch is attached to 6* Dr strange but shows its equipped to 6* Magik who doesn't exist.

Relics are again broken and bugged, kabam should do to make things better for players/summoners.
