Event Quest Task Bug

I just reached thronebreaker last night so I can get 6 star awakening gems from the event quest. After getting is the task it says I still need to explore chapter 1 of the quest but I have already done this. Is there a fix?

    Try finishing a run again and if that doesn’t work I’d guess support is your only option.

    I did a run and still nothing
