Fake profiles?? Is it possible??

How come 2 profiles with same name and same champions??????

16 is probably an earlier snapshot “Cache'd” copy of 15 (before another crystal open or rankups), maybe pop’d into ranking list because of a Ban or other removal of sorts from someone else who had occupied that position ?

# 28/29 and 71/72 are also both like that too, in addition to maybe others who are not actually right next to themselves so harder to see if others are duplicates.

Another theory might be that they recently changed their summoner name.
The old position was their Rating as of the last time they had their old name, it was a different name than what they changes it to. And it sort of gets frozen like that.
And then the higher one is their Rating under their new/current name.

But obviously, when it goes to showing the leaderboard, their old Rating position gets displayed with their new/current name, even though internally in the leaderboard list on the servers they are 2 different spots (from 2 different names).
