Escape from Titan exploration not working

Ok so I know this is probably because I recently became cavalier, but I was wondering if it was a bug or intentional.
I actually explored threat lvl 3 week 1 and 2 but it says I did neither.
Can somebody help me ?

    I had the same issue going from Cav to Thronebreaker. There's no way to fix it on your end, you'll just have to send a support ticket out to Kabam and hope they help. For me they did manually review my account and fix it.

    Thank you, but how do I actually send a ticket, is that post not the way ?
