Featured 6 Star Hero Crystals Would Not Open in Tens

I found this to be a terrible user experience. I would try and open 10 crystals and they would not open. I would force close the game and find out if I received new champs. I opened 32 crystals and did not see any except the two I opened manually. What other champs did I receive? Am I expected to go through all of my champs and see whose sig levels increased?

This is a big problem throughout the game, but it's mostly a server issue. So many people opening crystals at the same time causes things like 10 pops to load much slower than normal. If you're worried about missing champions, I would highly recommend sending in a support ticket and they should definitely be able to help.
