"Select All" Button on Level Up Screen is Missing the First ISO Block

Title.

Each time you "Select all" ISO when trying to level up a champion, the first ISO block is not included.

Level up has been strange for me recently… often needing 2 attempts. Not sure how to describe it or whether it’s a bug.
