Kate bishop heavy attack bugged?

I’ve noticed that her heavy doesn’t stop ebony maws falter countdown and it doesn’t lower rintrah mystical charges unless you charge her heavy

Are you parrying before throwing the heavy? If so, do you have the pacify mastery active?

If you could provide a video of the possible bug, that would be helpful

It's a known bug, hopefully getting fixed in the next update or two.
