I have a problem. I've made all the lines at side quest and i didn't recived the wault

same. it’s not recording threat level 5 when i fully explore it.

Kabam is aware of these issues and has been fixing them as long as you submit a support ticket through the "support" feature of the in game settings. Just tell them as much information as you can, provide your username and some screenshots as proof, they should get back to you.
