Vision relic ability doesn't fit Viv Vision

Vision relic's ability that says +3% incinirate, poison, shock, plasma effect potency totally didn't work with Viv Vision's instant incinirate or plasma. Isn't instant incinerate and plasma an effect?

Maybe because her sp1 is an instant damage where as the relic says DOT.

It only names dot potency up, but description says effects, not debuffs. What kind of contradictions.

Wording can be tricky (DNA or others could lend a hand), but I believe “effect” would encompass both a Debuf as well as a Passive. And both of them would fall under the category of DoT for those listed above (poison, etc)

Difference between that and Viv's normal ability is Viv's listed as “instant” then is direct instantaneous damage, not an actual icon’d Debuff or Passive Effect. So not DoT either.

Instant effects also constitute effects. Gorr gets a regen when he gets a bleed effect and valk's bleeds trigger it.

Here the relic description implies a boost to the effect but the name of the relic ability using the word 'DOT' suggests it only affects the effects that are applied over a time period and not the instant effects
