Weapon X Regen reversible?

I checked seatin video where he is fighting weapon x with torch and the regen rate changes to negetive when some incinerate debuffs are applied. So the regen rate does change. I used magneto to kill him off in war but theres no change in regen rate. Why?

    The video was shot three years ago. Either it was a bug at the time that has been fixed or they added an impossibility to reverse its regen afterwards.

    That's despair working + in HT abilities it's specifically mentioned that reduced regen by 20% per incinerate.

    It's not reversed. It's just blocked. You can see green regen numbers time to time.

    Weapon X is immune to regen modification period, so that video was likely when weapon X was bugged.

    any champ with high poison stacks will reduce healing significantly. scorp, archie, iabom ect all work well vs X. all you have to do is wait out the passive unstoppable and you can punish the aggressive X while hes unblockable. easy champ easy fight

    I have taken out weapon x plenty of times with knull in BGs. Guess he is still bugged then.

    That's a r4 Wx is his regen that small with 10 stacks of regen? Just asking.
    Since the thread alredy showed up, why not clear the confusion. Don't find him hard though.

    Weapon X regen depends on damage he recieved, not his max health.
    So yes his regen can be small if you don’t hit him hard enough

    Duped Knull converts the regens to degens once Wx is beat up enough.
    He should regen 100% of the damage while he's berserk but it's over 5 seconds so you can outpace it with big damage or letting his rage run out and he'll lose the regens.
    I wouldn't bet against it being bugged though.

    Not regen modification but regen rate modification. X is not immune to being heal blocked entirely, and in the video he regens health until Torch applies enough incinerates to block it out entirely. What Seatin calls heal reversal I think is just incinerate damage but maybe I'm wrong on that.
